I am mesmerized by the effect gasoline has on a puddles of water. I have found great success in using the gasoline rainbows in my work as elements of an image, super imposed images upon them, or prints made of detailed close ups from photos. I am often told the rainbows remind people of topographic maps or satellite imagery of hurricanes. This is an interesting comparison that occurs between the organic and inorganic world.
